Using Sewaholic’s Fraser Sweatshirt pattern, whip yourself up the perfect year-round layering piece. Wear the classic pullover under jackets, over tops or simply on its own. You can’t have enough of these in your wardrobe!
This class is the perfect introduction to sewing sweatshirt fabrics like fleece, french terry and knits. You’ll learn tips and tricks to cut and sew knit fabric using a sewing machine...no serger required! You’ll get plenty of practice with stretch fabric as you sew sleeves and banded hems for a professional, clean finish.

Prerequisites: Sewing 101, plus at least one level 300, or equivalent experience

how to measure and fit for the body
how to work with the grain in knit fabric
how to choose the proper equipment to sew with knits

Pattern Details: The Sewaholic Fraser Sweatshirt pattern includes bust sizes from 30" to 45". If you are outside these bust measurements, please let us know when you join the class so we can ensure the pattern and fabric requirements are appropriate for your project.
