The Fabric Bucket is a perfect, cozy, storage bin, ideal for keeping your things organized and looking good! A favourite among Spool of Thread staff, we use the fabric buckets to hold anything from stacks of magazines, kid’s toys or our fabric stash.

Make your very own bucket in our class, and be introduced to the many uses and types of interfacing as well as stitching a gusseted bottom.

Age: Adult

Time: 3 hours, 1 session

Skill level: Beginner

Prerequisites: 101 Sewing Machine Tote Bag or Throw Pillow or equivalent experience (ie. be familiar and comfortable using a sewing machine)

Skills Learned:

  • How to use and sew-in interfacing
  • Sewing a gusset

To join one of our classes, please call us at 604-879-3031 to place your deposit and reserve your spot! Our classes sell out quickly and we accept registration over the phone with a credit card, or stop by our shop to pay in person.
