Our Drawstring Pouch class is jam-packed with essential skills for beginners. Students learn the why’s and how’s of interfacing, sewing box corners, and creating a drawstring casing...all in one class!
You’ll leave this class with new tools and more confidence in your sewing abilities. Plus a fabulous new pouch that you can use for travelling, as a reusable gift bag, or for your organizing your space. You can never have too many of these!
Age: Adult
Time: 3 hours, 1 session
Skill level: Beginner
Prerequisites: 101 Sewing Machine Tote Bag or Throw Pillow or equivalent experience (ie. be familiar and comfortable using a sewing machine with recent experience)
Skills Learned:
- Using a grid ruler and marking tools
- Creating a drawstring casing
- Sewing with interfacing
- Sewing box corners
