As its name suggests, double gauze is made from two layers of loosely woven cotton that are basted together, creating a subtle grid texture.  Double gauze is a breeze to sew with, and doesn’t require too much special care. The stars have aligned this week to bring us the new Ceres (shop here)yarn-dyed linen collection.  This mid-weight linen is soft, breathable, and durable, making it perfect for sewing up some extremely comfortable summer outfits.
