The Dress Shirt is a lightweight, versatile dress inspired by a classic men’s shirt. This dress is relaxed and cut to be loose making it the ultimate dress to wear throughout the summer months. This pattern features a yoke and a rolled or short sleeve.

Sizes: 8-18 included; Bust: 32.25" - 41.75", Waist: 25.5" - 35"

Recommended Fabrics: Mid to lightweight fabric that will gather and pleat well, such as cotton chambray, cotton linen union, or lightweight denim

Fabric Requirements:

Size 8, 44” wide = 3 yards
Size 10-14, 44" wide = 3.375 yards
Size 16-18, 44” wide = 3.5 yards

Sizes 8-10, 55” wide = 2.375 yards
Sizes 12-14, 55” wide = 2.5 yards
Size 16, 55” wide = 2.625 yards
Size18, 55” wide = 2.75 yards

Staff Notes:

If using a different fabric to line the bib and yoke you will need to purchase an additional .75 yards of lining fabric for all sizes.
