The Billy is a practical gilet with pockets, which can be lined or unlined, with the facings on the inside or outside.

Sizes: 34-54 included; Chest: 34" - 54" Waist: 28"- 48"

Recommended Fabrics: Dry oilskin, oilskin, linen, 7-12oz denim, wool, corduroy, cotton twills or canvas. For the lining we’d suggest a barrier lining if using an oilskin, otherwise – cotton voile, lightweight linen, cotton poplin, lightweight wool and slip linings.

Fabric Requirements:

Sizes 34-38, 44” wide = 2.75 yards
Sizes 40-54, 44” wide = 3.5 yards

Sizes 34-46, 55-60” wide = 2.75 yards
Sizes 48-54, 55-60” wide = 3.5 yards
