Elastic for inserting into waist bands, leg bands, bags, or craft projects. This elastic won't twist or roll after it's inserted and it doesn't become narrow when stretched.
To use, you can either directly insert it into your casing, or stitch it to the wrong side of your fabric. Great for light to medium weight fabrics.
Each package contains: 2.3 meters (2.5 yards) of 19mm (.75") wide elastic.
