The Skeena 8W Corduroy brings the look of corduroy to the forefront of a project. With 8 wales per inch, this rugged fabric is thick and sturdy with a classic corduroy texture. The extra thickness will come in handy as temperatures cool as this densely woven fabric will keep the wearer warm.
Hand and Stretch: Skeena is thick, with densely woven wales that are soft and cozy. This fabric is soft to the touch, but also stiff and heavy. The 2% spandex makes this corduroy comfortable to wear, and allows movement with the heavier weight and drape. The stretch content is not enough to allow for close fitting garments. Opt instead for structured garments, like dresses without gathers, chore coats and overall dresses.
