Tilly and the Buttons Billie Sweatshirt and Dress Paper Pattern

Billie is an ultra comfy sweatshirt or dress with a classic crew neckline. Choose between dramatic balloon sleeves for a more dressed up look or straight sleeves for a more casual look. The Billie is relaxed, but not too baggy for a flattering fit.
