The Clover is an enjoyable, modern take on a t-shaped dress or top. This garment features a gathered neckline that can be adjusted using a fabric drawstring. Any number of neckline heights and garment styling can be achieved by gathering the neckline more or less along the matching fabric drawstring.
When making Clover, you’ll have the choice of sewing either the top or dress version. With both, you'll learn to work with a commercial sewing pattern to find your perfect size. This garment is great for showing off your favourite fabric, with cute sleeves and gathers.
Throughout the lesson, class participants will learn how to sew set in sleeves, make gathers, create a drawstring, create a casing, plus so much more!

Prerequisites: 101 Sewing Machine Tote Bag or Throw Pillow, plus at least two or three level 200 or 300, or equivalent experience

Pattern Details: The Merchant and Mills Clover Shirt or Dress pattern includes bust sizes from 30.75" to 55". If you are outside these bust measurements, please let us know when you join the class so we can ensure the pattern and fabric requirements are appropriate for your project.
