Order Fulfillment Specialist
Spool of Thread is hiring Order Fulfilment Specialists.
Who you are:
- passionate about extraordinary customer service
- enjoys keeping track of details and being organized
- prior experience in fulfilling and shipping orders
- prior retail experience
- excited to join the Spool of Thread team
Duties include:
- picking and packing inventory for shipping
- order organization + tracking
- assist in the development + roll out of new fulfillment procedures
- ensuring workplace standards of cleanliness and health are met
We offer sewing lessons, skills training, employee discounts, performance based raises and a long term position with room for advancement.
Spool of Thread is a sewing lounge located in Mount Pleasant. We carry a curated collection of modern and retro-inspired fabrics and independent sewing patterns, as well as teach sewing classes and rent sewing machines by the hour. We have been open 10 years.
