The Rio is a fitted ringer style short sleeved T-shirt or a casual dress with a vintage look. The shirt and dress feature a crew neck and contrasting ribbing at the neckline and at the sleeves. The T-shirt falls to the hip and the semi-fitted dress falls to just above the knee.
